Hello everyone!  First of all, thank you so much for visiting T’s Tasty Bits.  Your visits and responses make this effort worthwhile.  As you may have noticed, I haven’t posted a recipe for about two weeks.  The reason?  My husband and I ran the Philadelphia Marathon exactly a week ago.  As you can imagine, all we had been doing is carb loading and running.  I have spent this past week basically recovering!  However, I should be back to business this week.  There are lots of more Ecuadorean recipes to be cooked!

I also wanted to point out a couple of enhancements I have done to this site.  First, I encourage you to check out the “About” page.  I have added a little bit more detail about myself and this blog – get to know me better!
